leaks, and the district's own engineering staff is three people, two of whom retire within
five years. My internship supervisor has told me plainly that the district hires from
Northbay's program when it can, and rarely can.

I will be direct about what I am not including. My family's financial situation is not
something I am willing to lay out in a document that many people will read, beyond saying
that I qualify for the federal Pell Grant, which the committee can verify from my FAFSA, and
that the gap between total aid and Northbay's in-state cost of attendance is $4,100 a year.
